2.2 Your request for a booking will be an offer, but whether We accept it will be for Us to decide in Our discretion. Only if and when We tell You that We accept Your request for a particular appointment will there be a binding contract between You and Us.
2.3 A £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure Your appointment.
2.4 If You cancel the appointment without giving at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice, We will be entitled to retain the £100 deposit.
2.5 In the event of a no-show, where You fail to attend without any notice, We will also retain the £100 deposit in full.

2.7 If You know You are going to be late for an appointment, You should contact Us to tell Us. If You arrive more than five (5) minutes late, We will try to provide the Services but may treat the appointment as cancelled without notice by You, in which case the £100 deposit will be retained.
2.8 You may cancel an appointment without charge and receive a full refund of the deposit if You give Us at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice of cancellation.
2.9 We may cancel an appointment booked by You at any time before the scheduled time in the following circumstances:

2.9.3 We find that You are not a “Consumer” as defined in clause 1.
If We cancel an appointment for any of the above reasons, We will refund You in full for any deposit or advance payment made.

2.11 Where the contract We make with You is not made on Our premises, the Consumer Contracts Regulations give You the right to cancel a booking within fourteen (14) days after We accept it. However, if You request Services to be provided within that period and We do so, You cannot cancel that specific appointment.

4.11 Aftercare instructions will be provided following treatment.
4.12 You should not get lashes wet within the first 48 hours and avoid mascara or other eye makeup.
